Geoff has over 25 years as an experienced Chief Technology Officer and Professional Mechanical Engineer with a demonstrated history of translating ideas into tangible solutions. Skilled in Petroleum, Manufacturing, Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas, and Mechanical Engineering. Geoff is a strong innovation and technology professional with cultivated experience in mechanical design, product development and technology commercialization. Geoff has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Alberta.

FOUNDER, President

Ken Berg is an oilfield entrepreneur and Professional Engineer with more than 40 years of industry experience. Having worked in engineering, operations, sales, and executive leadership roles, he has spent his career developing and commercializing technologies that improve well performance and operating efficiency. Ken's experience on both the operator and supplier sides of the business provides a practical understanding of the challenges facing today's producers. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a Management Certificate from the University of Calgary and is a Past Chairman of the Canadian Energy Executive Association.

FOUNDER, CFO

Ken has over 30 years of finance experience, including 15 years in executive leadership positions within the oilfield services sector. In these roles he provided executive leadership with acquisitions & divestitures, corporate restructurings, equity financings, corporate governance, and building global finance teams. Prior thereto, Ken spent 6 years with a technology company in numerous positions and 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

FOUNDER, Executive Chairman

Cam brings over 35 years of international executive experience as a former CPA, implementing change strategies, corporate financial structuring, business performance improvements and growing energy companies. His career spans oil & gas services and E&P, energy marketing & trading, gas distribution, electricity generation, transmission & distribution, international finance and professional services. Cam served as a director of Wentworth Resources PLC from 2009 to 2019. Cam is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
